Chino grande is a restaurant and cozy karaoke saloon.
our current hours are
lunch friday - sunday 12 pm - 4 pm
dinner monday, wednesday - sunday 5:30 pm - 10 pm
karaoke monday, wednesday, thursday, sunday 10 pm (ish) - 12 am (ish) and friday - saturday 10 pm (ish) - 1 am (ish)
duties include:
ensuring that all company standards and policies are maintained.
maintaining proper flow of setup and service through the management of all foh employees.
making decisions that affect the guests, employees, and back of house to ensure smooth service.
observing the entire dining experience ensuring that every meal and every moment exceeds expectations.
train values and maintain the integrity of the culture.
managers support the entire team during service and jump in where needed, ie - running food and drinks, bussing / resetting tables, making drinks, taking orders, staying in close communication with the host on wait times and more.
you should have:
a strong grasp of every foh role - specifically experience bartending and serving
experience in a leadership role
