about the role
as an experienced learning management system administrator, you will be responsible for providing support for the global sales learning management system. in close partnership with the global and regional program managers, you will partner with members of sales, sales operations, marketing, product, systems, and the larger global training team to develop, launch and support the new learning and content hubs across our various commercial roles.
you will provide guidance and support to the team in utilizing their learning management system, and supporting teams across the organization as they onboard their content and users into the new learning platforms.

what you’ll do
act as a master administrator for the delivery learning hub and delivery content hub; provide support and training for partner teams in building effective content, courses, and curriculums based on the functionality of the tools
assist regional training teams and sales ops teams in ensuring that new users are added to the systems and have the correct content available to them
create content, follow course naming guidelines, and content maintenance policies and schedules
understand organizational, unit, and regional needs and help regional teams and smes best use the learning hub and content hub to meet user needs
build smart groups based on user region, role, time in role, and other criteria, as necessary
provide frontline support for user issues, including troubleshooting access and course completion challenges
support regular reporting of usage, completion, satisfaction, and other critical learning and content metrics; support partner analytics teams in pulling the correct learning data to tie to rep, team, and organization performance
work closely with internal systems team to support an integration of content into salesforce.com; partner with training, marketing, and sales ops teams to tag and organize content to ensure findability within salesforce
identify opportunities for the uber team to use new learning technology and feature rollouts, and work with teams to implement the new features
provide suggestions and feedback on current content and curriculums to provide teams ideas for better utilizing tool functionality
maintain accurate records of content, users, and completions, as necessary
report on the progress of the implementation and adoption regularly
what you’ll need
minimum of 3 years of experience as a learning management system administrator. exposure to, and usage of, other learning technology tools required.
minimum of 3 years of experience with reporting on learning experiences, using tools such as tableau; intermediate experience with ms excel and gsheets
ability to build cross-functional relationships and work collaboratively as a part of large and small teams
ability to execute on someone else's strategy and vision
willingness to accept feedback and iterate to improve process or product
experience managing content and building content; instructional design is nice to have
experience working in a fast-paced start-up or tech environment. you must have a tolerance for ambiguity and change. you’ll need an innate hustle and willingness to jump in and do what needs to be done, regardless of your title
ability to track progress toward goals using pm software
experience in managing multiple file types in an lms, including scorm, html5, video, etc.

the uber eats sales training and development team drives the strategy and execution of training programs and tools to increase sales results and productivity for the uber delivery sales organization. we deliver trainings to the sales organization to ensure that all employees are empowered to succeed in their roles.
