responsibilities:

inspect construction utilizing plans, specifications, and design documents
write reports, identify deficiencies

qualifications:

osha 10
detail oriented
willingness to travel throughout the 5 boroughs
the ability to operate both alone and collaboratively as part of a team.
willingness to learn and grow in this field
ability to communicate effectively both orally and written
ability to report all work in a timely manner
