Estimator - united kingdom, hampshire

the estimator will join the existing estimating team to assist in the production of build budgets and detailed estimates to support land bids. projects will be residential led, but will generally incorporate commercial and community elements. build values range from £15 to £250 million. the successful candidate should have a good understanding of estimating principles and standard methods of measurement.

the candidate will be proficient in and responsible for;

preparing initial budget estimates to support land bids using a bespoke financial model.preparing detailed estimates for successful bids.liaising with development and pre-construction teams in preparation of budgets and detailed estimates.sending out sub-contract enquiries.analysing sub-contract enquiries.the ideal person for the job will encompass the following traits;
