Payroll accounts payable sunland - united states, losangeles

Alpha structural, inc is the industry leader in foundation repair, structural repairs/upgrades, and earthquake retrofitting. our fast-paced office has grown considerably, and we are looking for a payroll / ap manager. you will be responsible for processing payroll for 130+ employees on a weekly basis, verifying bills and cutting checks to vendors.

we are looking for someone that has a positive attitude, pays attention to detail, is highly organized and has great people skills. compensation is very competitive and will depend on experience. if you feel this is you please email us your resume.

preferred experience:

2+ years payroll
2+ years using paychex
accounts payable experience

duties include:

processing payroll for hourly and commission staff on time on a weekly basis
processing bonuses
properly allocating payroll to different jobs
keeping up to date and in compliance with relevant ca wage and employment law
bill verification
paying bills and vendors on time
assisting other treasury functions
coordinating with human resources on personnel changes and updates

ms office proficient
