Our office is looking for someone to handle personal injury cases - successful candidates will be responsible for handling all personal injury calls from inception to settlement. the position entails extensive contact with clients, attorneys, and medical providers. must be able to gather, analyze and research information and documents and manage case load. must be able to multi-task, prioritize and demonstrate attention to detail. excellent organizational, written and communication skills are essential. must be a team player and able to function in a fast-paced, high volume work environment. including:
• scheduling appts for office visits and surgeries
• negotiating lien reductions
• confirming balances with non-lien-bias providers
• preparing closing letters for the providers and the client
• medical terminology is a must
• manage a high call volume
