Deli manager plus a short order cook - united states, newyork

We are currently seeking an experienced deli/manager and short order cook, 2 positions,

short order book/sandwich makers: needs to know how to utilize slicing machine, and prep orders on the grill, fryer and microwave, make various sandwiches and more

• preparing customer orders including custom and specialty requests for individual
• keeping salads and other available dishes in displays stocked and visually appealing

manager/ deli

deli manager duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to:
• training, assisting, other staff with job functions and responsibilities.
• assuming responsibilities of a deli owner

• providing high quality customer service by engaging customers and responding to questions.
• maintaining a sanitary and tidy work area, including making sure the cleaning cases, shelves, and equipment, sweeping and mopping floors, and ensuring proper safety signage.
