Experienced recruiter - remote - united states, charlottetown

adecco is hiring immediately for an experienced recruiter in the east coast time zone area. must have 2 years minimum experience with recruiting. jobs that you will be recruiting for will be high level supervisors/managers. adecco provides weekly pay, hourly rate is $25 per hour. schedule will be monday to friday 8a - 5p. this is a remote opportunity but will have to use personal equipment if interested. 

job summary:

the ideal candidate brings with them at least two years of experience with full cycle recruitment across different industries. they will also have knowledge of sourcing using different job boards and the ability to accurately assess salaried/leadership level talent for open positions.

responsibilities:

  • partners with managers and supervisors to identify and determine recruiting needs to include the knowledge, skills, ability, and other qualifications required.
  • interviews middle management level candidates to assess their knowledge, skills, and abilities.
  • effectively source for leadership level roles using different job boards.
  • negotiates salary and relocation offers that lead to win-win relationships between the company and prospective employee.
  • ensures clerical procedures are in accordance with federal, state, and eeoc requirements.
  • drives continuous improvement through trend reporting analysis and metrics management.
  • demonstrates a commitment to customer service; anticipates, meets, and exceeds expectations by solving problems quickly and effectively; making customer issues a priority.
  • partners with managers in the interviewing/hiring process.
  • performs other duties as assigned.
  • skills requirements:

  • 2 + years of experience in recruiting for leadership positions.
  • experience with contact center recruiting preferred.
