Miti miti modern mexican located in beautiful park slope, brooklyn is looking for a strong and independent closing floor manager!
the ideal candidate has worked in a high end fast paced nyc restaurant for 2+ years with management experience. this applicant must be polished and knows how to maintain a positive work atmosphere. leading by example, they act and communicate in a way that provides a great guest experience. will be responsible for managing the host stand and host, table touching, payroll and pre-shifts.
we believe in the well-being of our team and having a work life balance. this position will be 4 days a week, 40 hours a week with 3 days off! it will be closing thursday through sunday.

$28/hr with nyc food handler's/$27/hr without.
requirements of the closing floor manager:
2+ years of restaurant management experience.
must be passionate about customer service and restaurant operation.
proven leadership skills.
nyc food handlers certificate preferred
bilingual spanish ++
must have experience working in high volume restaurant.
