madera apartments are looking for an experienced leasing agent preferably with onesite knowledge. yieldstar knowledge is a great plus! $16.00 an hour plus excellent performance bonus opportunities. move in bonuses paid on a sliding scale monthly. example 10 move ins = $1000.00 bonus. attendance bonus paid quarterly = $150.00. referral bonuses and rental of detached garage bonuses also available. working weekends will be required.

leasing agent responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
*show and lease apartments
*administrative duties
*proper execution of policies and procedures
*achieve resident satisfaction through communication, responsiveness to needs, and professionalism.
ideal candidates have:
*some experience in property management and/or abundant sales experience
*strong communication/computer skills
*exceptional organization skills
*ability to multi task
*excellent customer service skills
*professional appearance
*ability to work well with managers and other personnel
