we currently have an opening in our maintenance department as a maintenance technician.

experience requirements:
• strong knowledge of appliances and universal epa certification
• strong knowledge of hvac
• working knowledge of grounds/common areas
• appliance repairs, service requests and apartment preparation
position requirements:
• able to attend on-call after hour emergencies at least 3 days out of the week.
• attend all ovation property management maintenance training
• working weekends will be required/ must have reliable transportation
• drug testing required and background check is mandatory
• dependable, punctual, proactive and must work well with others
• enthusiastic and with positive attitude
required certifications:
• universal hvac/epa certification
• cpo (swimming pool) certified within 90 days of employment, company will pay for testing if you are not currently certified.
