 growing and financially stable electonics manufacturer seeking an electonics / maintenance technician. prefer a good mix of education and experience and we will train for our unique industry and equipment.  excellent attendance is a must.

regular hours: monday - thursday 6:00am - 4:30pm
occasional overtime on friday 5:00am - 1:00pm - will rotate with other members of the department.

total compensation package includes:
base pay $40k + depending on education and experience
incentive pay - similar to profit sharing paid monthly

job description: the applicant will train with the current electronic technicians. this candidate must eventually be proficient in analog, digital electronics and develop the ability to use test equipment to trouble shoot and maintain production equipment. in addition, the new tech must have or acquire the skill set to include pneumatic, hydraulic and mechanical systems to complete the job competency.  

responsibilities:  ·         maintain a working knowledge of safety policies and regulations to ensure duties are performed in a safe manner. ·         maintain calibration system and records. ·         interpret schematics and ladder diagrams. ·         maintain industrial electrical and lighting ·         ph metering and wastewater adjustment. ·         building and machine maintenance and repair. ·         electronic troubleshooting and fabrication. ·         calibration of equipment in accordance with iso 9001 requirements. 

qualifications:  ·         good knowledge and fabrication of analog and digital electronics. ·         ability to read schematics and use basic test instruments. ·         mechanical aptitude and ability to work on a wide variety of electro-mechanical equipment. ·         knowledge of industrial electrical wiring and plumbing ·         knowledge of ladder diagrams. ·         basic troubleshooting skills. ·         ability to develop skills in equipment calibration ·         intermediate (or better) computer knowledge and skills. ·         possess the flexibility to perform essential maintenance functions. ·         team player
