job duties:

primary contact responding to customers by phone, email, fax and regular mail

process customer returns, requests and adjustments

provide pricing and product information to customers

prepare and deliver appropriate reports

expedite service issues effectively and appropriately

requirements:

prior customer service experience

professional customer focused

comfortable working in ms office suite, outlook, word and excel

great communication verbally and written

problem solving
