Attention:
looking for a motivated and energetic individual to provide program coordination over group homes for individuals with developmental disabilities.
qualifications:
1. high school or equivalent diploma (required)
2. three years’ experience working for persons with developmental disabilities in a residential setting.
3. three + years of supervisory experience
summary of responsibilities and expectations:
the program coordinator is responsible for overseeing the responsibilities of the house managers. the program coordinator is also responsible for assuring that each living environment is staffed, clean, and well-kept and that staff is performing their job duties and responsibilities, as assigned. the program coordinator shall present a professional image to both internal and external customers. written and verbal communication must be conducted in a manner that represents the high level of professionalism that is expected of all our employees.
