waddell, az to carson, ca

pico rivera, ca to tempe, az

compton, ca to tucson az

no touch freight! no driver assist!

drivers will average about 1800- 2500miles per week (2-3 round trips per week)

monday - friday shift or tuesday - saturday

*base pay $.60cpm

*$25/hr detention (after 2hours)

*$25/ extra stop offs

*on time delivery bonus $50/wk

*drop and hook bonus $50/wk

new eld bonus:

$5 for every pre trip
$5 for every post trip
$5 for every dvir(driver vehicle inspection report) entry
$5/day no violations

= $20/day extra for doing whats required to be eld compliant.

you will need to use your samsara eld to log in all of the above it literally takes 10min for each pre/post trip and keep your logs correct.

*quarterly safe driver bonus( no citations, tickets, or accidents) $250

*quarterly on time pick up and deliveries (no late's, no cancellation's) $250

*year end bonus $500(2nd year $1000, 3rd year $1500, 4th year + $2000)
