to perform property inspections in los angeles and ventura counties and then retrofit properties that are in escrow for the mandatory safety and conservation codes that are required at point of sale.
job duties: drive company service van, follow a daily appointment schedule, provide excellent customer service, perform retrofitting inspections using company forms, install toilets, automatic gas shut off valves, water heater straps, smoke detectors and carbon monoxide detectors.
