E-commerce - women’s apparel wholesale (west covina)

women’s apparel wholesale company based out of west covina is currently searching for a hard-working customer service agent ideally with previous e-commerce and aims360 experience.
this is a full-time position located in west covina.

responsibilities:
-answer in-bound customer service phone calls and emails.
-resolve and follow up with customers regarding order related issues.
-general office work pack and shipping.
-handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits and follow up to ensure resolution
-keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents
-excellent communication and presentation skills
-ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
-data entry
-processing exchange and returns
-basic filing and various administrative duties

requirements:
-minimum 2 years previous work history at one company
-well organized and detail oriented
-good computer skills
-experience in aims 360 apparel software is a plus
-experience with shipping software is a plus (ups)
-experience in e-commerce is a plus
-experience in customer service is a plus
-excellent verbal communication skills
-ability to work overtime and weekends during peak holiday periods
