Our client, a luxury residential building located in midtown, is seeking to hire an assistant for their management office, supporting the property manager and their nyc office
this is a temporary to hire position , working in the office 5 days/week. great opportunity for someone who wants to get into real estate!
responsibilities:
provide general office support coverage as needed to the property manager and team
provide tenants and vendors with assistance in all aspects of scheduling appointments for service
answer and direct calls in a professional and courteous manner
responding to emails in a timely manner
coordinate tenants moves in and out of the building
assisting with preparing invoices and assisting with projects as needed
provide a high level of customer service
must have worked previously as an administrative assistant in a corporate environment for a minimum of 1-2 years
should be proficient with ms office
bachelors degree preferred
