Product associate assistant arcadia - united states, losangeles

los angeles endoscope center llc is a fast-growing company specializing in developing and distributing replacement parts/components for endoscope repairing. we are looking for a candidate for the role of product associate/assistant. reporting to operations manager, you will be working with sales department and production department on the following duties:

1, customer service; po handling, answering inquiries, rma/backorder handling, r&d project handing, blanket order processing, and directing any invoice-related questions to people. -- the goal: can handle those independently.

2, make sure parts got shipped out on each day's po to the standards to avoid quality/quantity issues. ---- the goal: no wrong shipment or re-occurring quality rma

3, rma handling; login, checking, report, and communication to the clients, --- the goal: make sure all rmas handled in an excellent timely manner and prevent repetitive rmas from happening

4, coordinating r&d or upgrade project, start from beginning to the end to achieve the goal of making this part a regular part on the price list. the goal --- check the feasibility of the r&d, upgrade, if it does, make sure parts meet the needs

5, regularly communicating with the production team for quality control ( qc report), delivery status, and r&d/product upgrade status. the goal----- achieve the status of parts we can send out without the possibility of sampling qc in the us, alleviating the lengthy/unknown delivery problems.

6, knowing clients' feedback or request on parts-- goal---participate in part communication with clients so that their needs be met. login/update all parts-related questions.

7, communicate with clients, a, who stopped buying the product(s); b, who started to purchase new product(s) from us; c, who resumed buying products they used to buy. goal --- make the product(s) a regularly purchased product with us.

8, updating the website, making/editing flyers and videos. goal-- execution

required:

* strong communication and interpersonal skills and ability to remain calm and professional in all circumstances
* quickly identify problems, form solutions, and execute step-by-step procedures
* working knowledge of pc and android operating systems and microsoft office applications
* high school diploma or equivalent and willingness to learn through on-the-job training

preferred:

* college degree or equivalent level of knowledge
* bilingual english/chinese(mandarin or cantonese), spanish, german, italian, etc., are always a plus
* experience with similar job descriptions are always a benefit, knowing cad, production, q&c,
