key accountabilities
ability to work on complex situations e.g.
warehouse floor operations including - packing, picking and online order fulfilment
packing and arranging pallets
handling customer queries online/via phone
liaising with delivery/courier companies
liaising with vendors/suppliers
curiosity and willingness to learn new skills/tools and processes ability to work to a high degree of autonomy self starter, ability to use initiative to identify process gaps and propose solutions to improve efficiency comms and marketing support with anything and everything that arises within the business
