Remote customer service representative aug 22 - united states, boise

adecco is hiring for call center customer service representatives to work fully remote. the tenative start date for the training is august, 2022. this position is available to candidates in idaho and the surrounding states. this position pays $13.26 per hour. you will be answering calls for customers calling about their health insurance coverage and concerns.

call center customer service requirements:

high school diploma/ged required

ability to pass background check and drug screen

1-2 years call center experience necessary

process customer orders

troubleshoot and resolve customer issues/complaints

provide excellent customer service
