We are looking to immediately to fill an hvac position. we are currently in need of a hvac technician with at least 3 years of experience and two hvac helpers with at least 1 year of experience. the role will require the ability to install, repair, and maintain various hvac systems. primary responsibilities are as follows:
*3+ years of experience in troubleshooting and repairing all types of commercial hvac equipment (heat
pumps, chillers, roof top units, ice machines, walk-in boxes, etc.)
• understanding of advanced principles of air conditioning, refrigeration, and heating.
• proficient in reading schematics and work plans.
• identifying maintenance risks on equipment.
• diagnosing electrical and mechanical faults for hvac systems.
• cleaning, adjusting, and repairing systems, and performing warranty services.
• performing emergency repairs promptly and efficiently.
*must have a valid clean nys drivers license.
*must have own hand tools.
*must be able to pass a drug test.
*epa universal certification
*osha 30,40, fdny g-60, f-60
