seeking for full time candidates with initiative, self-motivated, able to work under pressure, good communication skills, organized, must work well with others. must be quickbooks, excel, word, service fusion experienced. also vendor cafe, monday and slack knowledge preferred. dob, dep and dot filing a plus but not a must.
duties include but not limited to:
- preparing estimates, invoices and completing bid packages
- reviewing and responding to general company e-mails
- answering multiple phone lines,
- entering bills,
- filing permits and calling inspection with dob, dep and/or dot.
- login service calls in spreadsheet logs.
- general office work.
