**experience in dispatching in the plumbing/construction field
**have extensive computer knowledge, ie: research, posting, purchasing, know your way around windows 10, excel, microsoft word, emailing, etc.....
**answer all incoming calls and schedule plumbing service calls for customers
****knowledge of quickbooks and accounting (data entry for accounts receivables and accounts payables) is a must
****knowledge of all other necessary office duties, filing, etc.........
**good personality on phones and in office
******excellent attendance is a must and having own vehicle

we're getting a high volume of calls with not enough service technicians to take them!

depending on experience and tools we can offer 25% - 40% commission!

as a plumber service technician you will:
• perform routine maintenance and safety inspections
• perform diagnostic repair service calls
• address customer concerns and ensure effective and long-term solutions

requirements:
• 3+ years of experience as a full time plumbing technician.
• current drivers license and clean record.
• general knowledge of local plumbing codes.
• experience in the plumbing/pipefitting field is a must.
• knowledge of removal and replacement of toilets, shower cartridges, p-valves, installation of kitchen/bathroom faucets
and sinks.
• experience with installation of water eaters.
• strong communication skills.
• high standard of integrity and professionalism is required at all times.
• drug free at all times.
• an ability to lift up to 25 lbs.
• spanish is a plus.
