Professional flooring measures needed phoenix - united states, phoenix

Interior logic group - property services
in need of professional flooring measures for single family rental homes. this is a contractor, 1099-position.
will need to meet the below requirements:

- will need to travel around the metro area
- measure entire home & provide take-offs for carpet, lvp, etc.
- assess and estimate for potential subfloor repairs- if any
- give detailed information on existing conditions/materials
- provide pictures of existing conditions
- provide diagrams of measures w/ seam placements
- be able to measure 2-3+ homes a day
- provide a 24 hr turn around time for measures & diagrams

**those with a measure software program will be considered 1st**
