must be able to lift 30 lbs.
fluent in english
must be physically able to go up and downstairs constantly
must be positive, honest, resourceful, polite, courteous, and presentable
some experience with first aid and handling of large crowds
flexibility: variable working hours, late shifts, weekends
greet customers upon entrance to the big top
check tickets and provide guidance to seats in an orderly fashion
show customers where to find exits, bathrooms, and concession stands
answer customer questions, handle complaints or suggestions
ensure everyone adheres to safety rules
clean the big top – sweeping and moping – and place debris in trash receptacles
ensure exit pathways are properly lit and nothing is obstructing exits
