my client is a regional contractor who work on refurbishment, fit-out and new build projects throughout the region, they are now seeking to appoint a senior qs to join them on a permanent basis in their leeds office.
as a senior quantity surveyor you will report to the commercial manager and you'll be responsible for:
budget forecastingpre & post tendermonthly valuationsundertake material & plant reconciliations weekly.gathering quotes from sub contractors and suppliers.assessing the levels of risk on a project.preparing and submitting quotations for work.support the production of monthly cvr.understanding of cash management.communicate with site and internal teams.promote company image.ensure that the supply chain is paid in accordance with the contract.form relationship with the supply chain
