we are currently recruiting for a kitchen porter to join the kitchen brigade in an historic hotel near oakham. the kitchen porter will support the chefs with ensuring that the highest standards of cleanliness are maintained at all times.

our client is an historic hotel with individually styled rooms, suites and self contained accommodation options available. the hotel has a restaurant and courtyard for breakfast, lunch, afternoon tea and dinner service, as well as private dining options and functions too. they are focused on producing excellent food using the best of local seasonal produce.

the ideal kitchen porter will have the following:
