we are currently recruiting for a food & beverage manager to oversee the running of our client's food & beverage outlets. working with the other heads of department, you will be responsible for reviewing service standards, costs and percentages across the business.

our client is an historic hotel with individually styled rooms, suites and self contained accommodation options available. the hotel has a restaurant and courtyard for breakfast, lunch, afternoon tea and dinner service, as well as private dining options and functions too. they are focused on producing excellent food using the best of local seasonal produce.
