senior quantity surveyor opportunity to work with a tier one main contractor in peterborough - up to £80,000 plus package

fawkes and reece are working with a well-respected main contractor that have a network of offices both regionally and in central london. our client has a proven track record delivering a variety of construction project within both the public and private sectors across commercial, residential, hotel, student accommodations, education and health care.

being a financially stable business with a steady turnover, our client is selective about the projects they secure which has resulted in surveyors having successful projects with no legacy issues. due to their repeat business, and relationships they have a growing turnover in excess of £650 million with the platform to maintain this level and keep growing at a steady rate.

they are looking to appoint a senior quantity surveyor to join one of their regional teams working site based on a large data centre project worth circa £80 million. our client is looking for someone that has experience delivering large schemes ideally within industrial, logistics or data centre market.

for this role you will be the lead senior qs reporting directly into a commercial manager managing a team of quantity surveyors whilst managing all procurement, variations, changes, payments and all reporting as well as being client facing for the commercial team.
