responsibilities of the successful technical content author will be:

• understand design specifications and scenarios

• produce high quality clear online documentation to agreed specifications and deadlines

• provide internal training to product teams

• conduct documentation reviews to ensure standardisation

• work collaboratively within a project team using agile methodologies

• updating project data documents

skills:

• ability to work to tight timescales

• excellent knowledge of markdown

• must be flexible and work as part of a team

• strong background in delivering high quality online user guides

• a fast learner with the ability to pick up new skills quickly

the successful technical content author will be rewarded with a competitive salary between £30,000 - £35,000 working monday - friday.
