the ideal senior accountant will bring the following 

bachelor's degree in accounting, finance or a related field

7+ years of accounting experience in the united states

full cycle accounting experience

job stability

agriculture industry experience, evaluating investments (roi), underwriting experience, quickbooks enterprise experience, and supervisory experience would all be pluses
