hybrid role. 8 days a month in office required $20/hour 4-6 month contract potential for direct hire 8am-5pm m-f

•this is the operational support and administrative function of all employee life-cycle activities. requires a mastery of all fundamentals of the role within the team and demonstrated achievement of quality and production standards.

•provides daily support both by researching and resolving issues and by processing job data changes, perform systems testing, and completing administrative activities across multiple hr functions and/or regions. this will vary by hr function and include but not limited to recruiting, performance management, compensation, benefits, hris, and employee relations.

•mentors hr specialists and hr case managers and serves as subject-matter expert.

•follow all standard operating procedures (“sops”) and adhere to all organizational and department specific policies, procedures, and slas. capable of working on a small team, in a role with responsibility for day-to-day administration, providing support to end users, and facilitating and improving business process flow.

job specifications:

bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience in human resources, business administration or a related field preferred. 2-3 years’ experience working in a human resource discipline including but not limited to hris, compensation, payroll, recruitment, performance management, and/or benefits administration. experience applying in-depth knowledge of hr policies, procedures, standards, and legal requirements, to answer related questions via phone and email within established slas. ability to use discretion, exercise good judgment and resourcefulness, tact, diplomacy and maintain strict confidentiality strong analytical skills to be able to break down a problem, situation, or process into its component parts, to separate the main issues from side issues, to understand the nature of parts and their relationship to one another. enhanced knowledge of state and federal laws pertaining to human resources. microsoft office suite and workday desired. seeks out job challenges and opportunities to constantly improve skills.
