adecco is currently assisting a property management services company in the wilshire district area of los angeles, ca, recruiting for an administrative/sales assistant role. this is a 3-month assignment. pay rate is $21.50/hr. working hours are mon-fri, 8am-5pm. this is not a remote role.
job summary: provide strong organizational, administrative, and sales support.

responsibilities:
answer phones, file and update contact information of employees, customers, suppliers, and external partners.
prepare correspondence, memos, forms and perform other administrative duties as assigned.
manage the daily, monthly, and weekly agenda and arrange new meetings and appointments
create, document, and maintain monthly expense spreadsheets
meeting facilitation - printed material for meetings; meeting notes, etc
cold call sales to help grow the company
qualifications:
bilingual spanish .
minimum of four years administrative support experience .
excellent written and verbal communication skills.
proven intermediate level microsoft outlook calendaring experience.
proven intermediate microsoft office (word, excel, powerpoint).
high degree of multitasking and time management capability.
