our small, fun team is looking for its newest member on a permanent basis, a part-time recruitment administrator.
hours: 8-hours per day on monday and tuesday. 2-hours on a friday morning. 18-hours per week total.
days: monday, tuesday, friday.
start date: immediate
pay rate: £10.75 per hour (paye, holiday-pay accrued)
location: bournemouth (moordown), 100% office-based
general administration duties:
data entry
credit control
processing and sending invoices
communicating with customers and candidates
answering telephone calls
responding to emails
checking documents
printing and scanning documents
updating social media pages
updating spreadsheets
the successful candidate will:
have excellent it skills
be highly professional and organised
have at least 1-year’s experience working in a similar role
be happy to work in a small, fun team
