top class opportunity has presented itself for an experience and highly organised front of house person to take the reigns at this amazing, destination food led pub with rooms, nestled in a countryside location just north of banbury in oxfordshire. the venue is part of a small, independent group with similar establishments dotted all over oxfordshire.
due to a couple of internal moves, we are looking to recruit a restaurant manager to lead from the front, delivering excellent customer service standards and maintaining the restaurants established reputation. there is lots going on here, so you'll also be in control of the events. whether the pub is being exclusively hired out for a special occasion or wedding, to foodie events, you'll be super organised, ensuring each event is delivered smoothly and executed perfectly.
the menu here features local, fresh produce showcasing pub classics executed with flair. they make everything in house and are always looking at new and exciting ways to take the food offering forward.
working around 45-48 hours a week.
