Carpenter - 1st fix - residential refurbishment - immediate start - united kingdom, kensington, london
experienced site carpenters needed to start on a residential refurbishment project.
the project: full renovation of a private town house near high street kensington. the project currently has areas of both 1st and 2nd fix carpentry.
the role: general site carpentry including both first and second fix. this will include building stud walls, boarding out, alterations, skirting, doors frames and doors.
duration will depend on general performance and competence with finishing works.
applicants must meet the following criteria:
valid cscs card (blue or gold skilled worker) qualified carpenter, nvq/ city & guilds etc. own tools (hand tools and cordless drill team centric attitude & good communication skills
