Construction project manager - united states, parkersburg

construction project manager for a large metals manufacturer, this role manages both large and small construction projects utilizing strong multidiscipline technical skills and field experience and the ability to effectively cross functionally manage construction, commissioning, and troubleshooting activities, ensuring safe and successful execution of project and maintenance outage activities. 

this position will 

manage installation and maintenance work for assigned projects and maintenance outages including safety, risk, quality, and scope change management  

lead pre-construction planning/reviews and provide input during design phases and reviews

provide miscellaneous field support during all phases of project and outage development

provide miscellaneous technical support for plant maintenance activities

direct  assigned construction team including internal and contracted employees

development and update project construction documentation and reports

report and audit assigned work including progress, schedule, and cost 

project management certification and engineering experience in a manufacturing setting is strong preferred.
