we are currently looking to recruit a dedicated and passionate commis chef to join the established brigade as this stunning central windsor hotel producing quality fresh foods for the hotels brasserie restaurant, room service and meeting & events areas.

the place

a 4-star riverside hotel comprised of several characterful buildings clustered around a historic cobbled street by eton bridge. they have a fabulous collection of individually styled bedrooms, a modern conference centre and leisure club with a gym, outdoor jacuzzi and sauna. the hotel has a riverside restaurant and lounge bar and is the perfect setting for both corporate and leisure guests.

the ideal commis will have the following:
