with a national developing portfolio and an esteemed reputation our client is a top 10 house builder. they have been established for over 60 years and are known for their quality driven ethos and bringing exceptional homes to the market.

as a planner you will join the established land team and be responsible for the oversite and management of planning applications. reporting to planning, design and technical managers.

responsibilities;

collate information packs from technical design and commercial departments to produce accurate planning applicationsmanage and report the progress of planning application submissions through to approvalsupport and manage external consultants, collating and presenting their information and monitoring application progressliaise directly with planning authorities and stake holdersact diligently and in line with company procedure, best practice and interestssupport the land team in the production of accurate land packsmaintain and build the teams key contact base for land owners, agents and contactsskills and experience

strict organisationadaptabilityprevious experience in a planning role for a house builder is a mustknowledge of housing developing procedures and land procurementexcellent written and verbal communicationit competencyfull uk driving licensewhat you get in return
