as a strategic land buyer you will support the land team in the procurement of new land opportunities in a fast paced and competitive market.
reporting directly to the land manager and senior land manager you will collaboratively support the land team and development director.
responsibilities;
collectively and individually produce accurate land packs with competitive and effective bids on new land opportunities in a timely manorsupport team members in the identification, bidding and procurement of land opportunitiesbuild and maintain excellent working relationships with key contacts such as, land owners, land agents etc.build the land portfolio in line with divisional and company targets, growth and standardsconduct thorough and accurate research, supporting potential projects and bidding activityskills and experience
strict organisationadaptabilityprevious experience in an administration roleknowledge of housing developing procedures and land procurementexcellent written and verbal communicationit competencyfull uk driving licensewhat you get in return
