responsibilities for this front desk coordinator position include, but are not limited to:

  • greet all incoming guests, and ensure they sign in utilizing ipad
  • restocking of kitchen supplies
  • place items into the dishwasher
  • sorting mail for distribution
  • basic office maintenance
  • any other administrative or ad-hoc projects as assigned
  • to be considered for this front desk coordinator position, you should:

  • ms office/ computer skills
  • professional demeanor and attitude
  • excellent time management skills
  • shift is monday – friday: 8am – 5pm
