adecco is currently assisting a local client in their search to fill a customer service representative opportunity in charlotte, nc.
type: temp/hire
pay: $20.80/hour
shift/hours: monday – friday, 8am – 5pm
responsibilities for the customer service representative job:
proactively manage executive's calendar and effectively resolve conflicts that arise in a professional manner
must be experienced with the concur tool to manage expenses and book travel for executive
coordinate and manage agendas / materials for leadership meetings and all hands events
maintain email distribution groups
assist with onboarding / offboarding for access and technical equipment
must be experienced in using webex and comfortable with acting as host / presenter for sharing purposes
must be experienced with bart and one facility to assist with building and floor access
must be able to be adaptable and work well with others
must have professional communication skills

customer service representative requirements:
three-five years of experience providing administrative support at the senior management level
significant time management, multi-tasking and prioritization skills
highly organized with strong attention to detail
ability to work effectively under pressure and time constraints
strong written and verbal communication skills, ability to interface with senior executives
advanced skills in outlook and other ms office programs (excel, word, powerpoint, onenote, visio)
knowledge of bank of america systems including workday, concur, ariba, mytechnology, flagscape, onefacility, etc.
