we are hiring warehouse operative roles to work in gateshead for the most important e-commerce company in the world.
you'll work in a warehouse that receives and ships room-temperature, chilled, and frozen groceries. our warehouses ship everything from cereal to ice cream. this means that you will work in freezer and refrigerated spaces for parts of your shift.

receive and sort grocery inventory in room-temperature, chiller, and freezer sections of the warehouse
check for product quality
you may be working in a mixed working environment - ambient and chiller
handling the full range of products sold by amazon and its marketplace sellers in the uk, including but not limited to: age restricted products, food (including nuts and meat) and alcohol and chemicals
following amazon's internal processes and proceduresdetails:
gbp10 per hour for day time shifts.
you don't need previous experience, you'll get on the job training.
all the applicants who are successful in the selection process will be employed by job and talent to carry out a temporary work assignment to amazon

shifts available are as follows: friday-monday 5.30-14.00 // sunday to tuesday from 09:30-13:30 skills of a warehouse operative:
