Recruiter - united states, charlottetown

adecco is hiring immediately for a recruiter with a local client in charlotte, nc. the recruiter performs essential duties with pay starting at $22.00/hour.

 

key responsibilities:

recruit, schedule, and interview potential candidates for professional, technical, hourly, and management level positions across the country

perform reference checks on potential candidates

work directly with managers to develop job postings for open positions

oversee new hire onboarding process to ensure all steps of the process follow applicable laws and best practices

organizes internal employee moves within organization

works closely with other departments within human resources to ensure efficient process flow

manage employment sponsorship and work authorization processes

travel as needed for high volume recruiting projects

 

requirements:

bachelor’s degree in human resources or related field

2-5 years of full life cycle recruitment experience

2+ years’ experience in recruiting for professional, technical, and management level positions

experience with recruiting manual labor or warehouse positions

experience with high-volume recruitment—30-50 calls per day

knowledge and understanding of state and federal laws as it relates to hiring and employment

experience working with an online applicant tracking system and online onboarding systems preferred
