what is the job?
call center service providers obtain client information by answering telephone calls; interviewing clients; verifying information.
what you bring to the job?

must have at least 6 months call center experience

must be able to type 25 words per minute

candidates must be able to sit the entire shift

ability to multitask between computer programs for data entry and research 

must live local 

 

responsibilities:

work in a call center environment, using a computer system to track and gather information from consumers

achieve productivity standards and goals set by the company while maintaining high level customer service

we have openings on 1st and 2nd shift.

any representatives who work 150 hours per month for the first three months.  only workers who started working on november 9th or later are eligible for this program.
