the job entails picking orders by hand (hand truck used often), receiving & shipping by hand, stocking shelves by hand, paperwork verification during the shipping & receiving process, computer receiving, computer shipping, ups label creation online, telephone communication with customer & vendors, loading customer orders into their trucks/vehicles....and unloading tractor trailer or loading/moving some inventory with the forklift.
