we have an exciting opportunity for a parts sales coordinator to join our established team based in peterborough, working for one of our subsidiary companies diperk. this position is an administration and support role based around the sale, supply and all aftersales care of, primarily, engine parts. the major responsibilities are all around supporting the sale of these parts such as submitting claims, arranging returns, receipting stock, invoicing orders, running reports, business system management and providing data.

familiar in using ms office applications to monitor and track key processes linked to the role
inventory and/or business management system
supply chain process and an appreciation of the sales process (desirable)
good customer service and communication
strong interpersonal and organisational skills
excellent pc skills coupled with the ability to learn new systemsabout the role
support the parts sales team with administrative and clerical assistance
organising shipping logistics, customer service and communicating with colleagues and vendors relating to claims & returns as part of the aftersales service
assisting in control of invoicing and inventory. accurately receipting goods, converting to invoices or relevant inventory location. ensuring credits are controlled; notes raised promptly, and the inventory kept accurate
handling customer queries relating to invoicing, account status, outstanding orders
tidying of our erp systems, reporting and the analysis of data, management of kpi'sdiperk power solutions are the only authorised perkins distributor for the uk and ireland. headquartered in peterborough, with a facility in dublin and engineers nationwide, we are well placed to provide the specialist support with everything from regular interval servicing, minor and major repairs to genuine parts, both in the field or at one our facilities.
