our client based in peterborough is looking to recruit a customer service executive on a fulltime permanent basis. this is a customer focused role helping customers with any onboarding issues or general questions from customers. this role is part of a small team.
job description
manage large amount of incoming calls, emails and web/chat
provide support and appropriate solutions to customer queries within technical issues.
prioritise answering incoming calls & chats while managing open cases at the same time.
record customer interactions by entering and verifying information by using the right method and systems.
maintain the company s database in systems applicable.
communicate with, assist, and build sustainable and good relations with customers as well as other departments.
go the extra mile to engage and follow up customers.
