we are currently recruiting for home care assistants in worcester and kidderminster to join our highly skilled and well-established team.

we provide a range of services to our clients, which include:-

• intermediate care for those being discharged from hospital to support them in remaining independent.

• personal care.

• assistance with medication, shopping and day to day tasks.

• companionship care to reduce loneliness.

• supporting our clients to remain active in their communities thus reducing social isolation.

we deliver our services from early morning to late evening 7 days a week, therefore flexibility is a must.

what we are looking for: -

• experience preferred but not essential, however, aptitude and the enthusiasm to learn and deliver only high standards of care is.

• good written and verbal communication skills.

• basic it skills.

• a good understanding of the principles of care.

• able to work on own initiative but equally as part of a team.

•flexibility to meet service needs.

**a drivers license with access to a vehicle is an essential part of this role.**
